At Erika Prom you will be treated with the best customer service from the moment you book your appointment!

 

Our booking system is set up to secure your appointment with a £10.00 deposit for a 1 hour consultation with our executive sales associates. Upon choosing your dream dress, you will receive your £10.00 deposit back, plus an additional £10.00 to put towards your dress! This means you will have a total of £20.00 towards your dress!  (*Only full priced dresses qualify for the additional £10.00.)

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours or you will be subject to losing your £10.00 deposit. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours in order to have a refund of your £10.00 deposit.

When making your booking, if it's for your child's prom, please advise their name and school, along with your contact telephone number. This helps us to ensure that no other dresses are sold to that school, as we take pride in assuring that only one dress in that style will be sold to each school. 

 

Appointments at Erika Prom are booked in 1 hour time slots, and are limited to 3 people total, if someone is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by an adult over age 18.
